Vineyard - February 2024

Winter pruning has begun and Lupe and Howard are hard at work trimming away last year's growth and making sure to leave the vine in the right place to give us the right amount of grapes this coming fall! Each vine is individually accessed to determine which canes are cut off and which ones are needed to become this year's "cordon", the main horizontal cane in which all the new growth will grow from.
