Sleeps 8 guests plus there are 2 twin air mattresses ~ works out to be $32.50 pp for 10 guests ~ midweek ~ check-in after noon ~ check-out by noon.

The Vineyard Manor House built in 1826 with stone from the Erie Canal has been restored to its original grandeur.  The decor is ‘shabby chic’ yet elegant and comfy, and has a large foyer with curved wooden staircase, perfect for that perfect photo!

The raised ground floor has 12' ceilings, cherrywood floors, chandeliers and windows with swagged drapes in the formal living room & dining room.  On the lower ground floor is an Eat-in Kitchen and Powder Room.  Cherry on the cake is that there is a fire pit in pit in the backyard.

Decide amongst yourselves which bedroom you will get...perhaps the organizer gets the Master and everyone else draws from a hat!

Choose from four Bedrooms with Double Occupancy - 

Upstairs:

The Master Bedroom has an en-suite shower/steam bathroom;

The Four Poster Bedroom with shared bathroom in hall;

The Twin Bedroom with shared bathroom in hall - perfect for 2 people sharing!

The Ground Floor:

The Butlers Pantry has been converted to a Queen Bedroom with use of the lower ground floor Powder Room - Shower/Bath is upstairs.

There are also 2 twin air matresses.
