Summer Yoga and Wellness Festival Vendor Show @ Freedom Run Winery

We are promoting local businesses who offer alternative modalities, or health & beauty products at our Summer Yoga & Wellness Event at Freedom Run Winery on Saturday, July 29th ~ 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please RSVP for this free vendor show to receive a coupon for a future wine tasting!

We have been offering yoga classes on the weekends for the past 4 years, and have a committed following.  There will be 2 yoga classes on the day of the event which you can RSVP for at this link. 

This FREE event is rain or shine as our wellness vendors will be setting up in our barrel room if not outside on the great lawn.

Jon and Alena are the owners of Living Wellness and Yoga and are Health and Wellness Coaches, and Yoga and Mindfulness teachers who believe in creating balance in the body and in life!  They have achieved their 200 hour, and are working towards their 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certifications through YogaFit, as well as their 100 Hour “YogaFit for Warriors” Teacher Certifications in trauma-sensitive yoga.

Lesley Martín, of Lesley Martin Coaching centers on helping those who are generally high achieving, but have been through some adversity, to make sustainable life changes using her PRIME holistic model. She finds that coaching provides a valuable alternative or adjunct to therapy, and is well suited for those who are committed to health, wellness and improving overall wellbeing.

Christina Venditti is a licensed massage therapist, and trauma informed yoga instructor.  Her restorative bodywork goes beyond your typical massage therapy session, or yoga class, and includes migraine therapy and nourishment. She offers an integrative approach that is as unique as each person who steps into the studio.

Shannon Morgan  of 'Sole Session' is a certified reflexologist and has recently started taking clients this year at School House of Wellness In Lockport.  She will be bringing her reflexology chair to provide service to anyone who would like a mini session of 1 to 15 minutes at $1 per minute, and will accept cash or Venmo.

Elyse Robinson, Founder & CEO of EXO Supply wanted to provide customers with unique and better-for-you beauty products that are 100% non-toxic, cruelty free, and made with 6 ingredients or less. Her products are crafted in small batches in Buffalo and samples will be available at our vendor show, while supplies last.

Kin Loch Lavender Farmstead is a lavender farm and barn venue in Cambria NY, just a stones throw from Freedom Run Winery.  They will delight you with an assortment of lavender home & beauty products, as well as fresh lavender bouquets.

Christina Dawson is a Brand Partner with Essential Wellness and an avid yoga enthusiast!  She will be presenting essential oils, Nama’Spray a chemical free yoga mat cleaner, room sprays, and lava bead bracelets with an oil favorite.

Carrie Smith will be presenting a selection of Plants & Flowers from the Intandem Greenhouse and Floral Center in support of the good work of the Intandem organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health concerns.

We will also have Maria's Bene Cibo Italian Food Truck onsite for lunch, 1-4 p.m.!
