Summer Yoga Festival @ Freedom Run Winery

Join us for an All Day Summer Yoga Festival at Freedom Run Winery!

Saturday, July 29th from 11 a.m. through 3 p.m.

Steph from Momma Bee Well, Holli from Vibe Yoga Lab, and Meghan from Raw Renewal Yoga are teaming up to bring you a day of yoga and wellness fun that is suitable for all ages.  Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.

RSVP for your ticket today ~ $60 for two yoga classes, including a sound bath, and a wine tasting in between classes, as well as admission to the Wellness Vendor Showcase with an exciting selection of wellness vendors set up to enchant you with self-care products and original gift items.

Start the day with an energizing hour of Buti Yoga practice from 11-12 with Meghan of Raw Renewal Yoga for a remix of the traditional vinyasa class with adding dynamic movements to postures and move stagnant energy with cardio bursts to shake it all out!

The second yoga class will be taught by Steph from Momma Bee Well and Holli from Vibe Yoga Lab from 1:15-2:30 p.m. with 45 minutes of slow vinyasa practice with the final resting pose being a 30 minute sound bath complete with crystal singing bowls, tongue drum, chimes, and ocean drum to help deepen your relaxation to truly turn inwards.

Depending on weather, they will be set up on the great lawn, in the Barrel Room and/or our historic Rustic Barn.

Shopping will be available from wellness vendors (list forthcoming), and food will be available by Maria's Bene Cibo Food Truck from 12-4 p.m.

Feel free to end the day with a stroll on our Freedom Art Walk which features 16 original works of ceramic art set up throughout 12 acres of vineyards and a 1,000 tree apple orchard and up to the bench of the Niagara Escarpment which is the backdrop to the property at Freedom Run Winery.
