Freedom Run Winery is open daily and walk-ins of 6 people or less are welcome and do not require a reservation for Wine Tastings.
Reservations are required for groups over 6 people, or for those who would like a Guided 'Behind the Glass' Wine Tasting & Tour in the Barrel & Production Room. This area is visible through a floor to ceiling, wall to wall panel of glass...hence the name. This double height area is lined with stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, and is hung with original paintings and ceramic art created by winery owner, Richard 'Sean' Manning.
Our priority is to streamline the Wine Tasting process and to keep everyone safe. We follow New York State guidelines for social distanting, so tables and chairs are set up at least 6' apart, and masks are required at all times when standing.
What to Expect from a Wine Tasting at Freedom Run Winery
Our Tasting Room offers a contemporary feel, with a floating maple ceiling, bamboo flooring and walls accented with stone. There is a pair of granite topped bars, fronted with colorful ‘blown glass’ disks which were created by winery owner, Richard 'Sean' Manning, in collabaration with well known glass artist, Chuck Boux, which sets the stage for a fun experience.
