Yoga with Sarah Shallowhorn - Memorial Weekend @ Freedom Run Winery

Join us at Freedom Run Winery for our Sunday Yoga Series with Sarah Shallowhorn on Memorial Weekend.

Sunday, May 30th from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Finding balance, strength, and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit is what propelled Sarah into the world of yoga.  Her teaching style is a fusion of Hatha and Vinyasa, focusing on syncing the breath to the body, moving mindfully, and finding stillness within effort.

Please bring your yoga mat, a towel, water and a mask.

RSVP Appreciated, but Walk-In's of all Levels are Welcome.  Tickets can be purchased online for touchless and quicker check-in or in the Tasting Room 1/2 hour prior to the class for $15 and includes a glass of wine following the class.
