About the Event
Jon and Alena are the owners of. They are Health and Wellness Coaches, Yoga and Mindfulness teachers. Jon and Alena believe in creating balance in the body and in life! Come join them to breathe, move, and create a little balance. Living Wellness and Yoga LLCPlease bring your yoga mat, a towel, and water.
RSVP appreciated, but walk-ins of all levels are welcome. Tickets can be purchased online for touchless and quicker check-in or in the Tasting Room 30 minutes prior to the class for $19.95 and includes a wine tasting following the class.
Yoga will take place in the Barrel Room, Rustic Barn, or the Great Lawn (weather permitting).
