Mother's Day Yoga & Sound Bath Event @ Freedom Run Winery

We are thrilled to welcome Steph of Momma Bee Well and Holli of Vibe Yoga Lab on Mother's Day Weekend ~ Saturday, May 13, from 11 to 12:15 pm.  They will be leading a relaxing morning of vinyasa yoga followed by an immersive sound bath at Freedom Run Winery.

Price of $40 includes a wine tasting and there will be food available onsite to purchase.

Check in at the Tasting Room 1/2 prior to the start of class.  You will be directed to where the class is set up.  After class return to the Tasting Room for your Tasting.

 

Steph from Momma Bee Well and Holli from Vibe Yoga Lab are teaming up to bring you a morning full of movement, breath, and celebration.

The event will include a 45 min slow flow vinyasa yoga class that is suitable for all levels.  Bring yoga mat, water and towel.

During our final resting pose, enjoy a 30 min sound bath complete with crystal singing bowls, tongue drum, chimes, and ocean drum to help deepen your relaxation and truly turn inward.

PS -- Grab lunch with Maria's Bene Cibo Food Truck after practice (onsite 12-4 p.m.)  and check out our Lights and Flights Candle Class in the afternoon at 3 p.m.   There will also be an Artisanal Chocolate & Wine Pairing all weekend -- make a day of it at Freedom Run Winery!
