Join us for a day of Wellness in the Vineyard with Steph & Ilenia on Sunday, July 25th starting with yoga at 11 am to 12 pm followed by a glass of wine and cheese/salami/crackers and a selection of Wellness Vendors in the Vineyards. Check out our Band that day as well! Namaste!

About the Event
Join us at Freedom Run Winery for a day of Wellness in the Vineyard with Steph & Ilenia of Momma Bee Well on Sunday, July 25th.
This is going to be an unbelievable day and will sell out quickly!

Tasting Room doors open at 10:30 a.m. and class starts promptly at 11 am.
Steph & Ilenia will start with teaching a Yoga class from 11-12 pm, followed by everyone having a glass of wine and individual selection of artisanal cheese/salami/crackers after the class.
Weather permitting, classes will be held outside overlooking the vineyards, sitting on the grass to connect with Mother Earth. Please dress for comfort and bring a yoga mat, a small towel, water & facemask. In inclement weather the class will be held inside.
