Join us for an All Day Summer Yoga & Wellness Festival at Freedom Run Winery!
Saturday, July 29th from 11 a.m. through 3 p.m.
Tickets include one or two yoga classes, a self guided stroll on our Freedom Art Walk, and a group Wine Tasting. There will also be an exciting selection of wellness vendors set up to enchant you with alternative modalities, healthy self-care products and original gift items.
Start the day with check in at the Tasting Room from 10 a.m. where you will be given directions to where you can position your mat for one or both classes.
You may decide to get a slow start with quiet meditation, or you may grab a printed guide and head outside for a self guided tour of our Freedom Art Walk. Just follow the colorful ceramic works of art created by artist and winery owner, Richard 'Sean' Manning...but be sure…
