Seafood Sensation Food Demonstration with Chef Jenn @ Freedom Run Winery

Join Chef Jenn Krasuski in the kitchen on Saturday, February 19, for a Seafood Sensation! Chef Jenn will demonstrate four ways to prepare creatures from the sea, including Brown Butter Sage Scallops with Crispy Kale, Gremolata topped Sea Bass, Mussels Diablo and Sambuca Shrimp Scampi. 

Tickets include the demonstration and sampling, plus a wine tasting and four recipe cards to take home.
