About the Event
Kathy Noakes created Brave Life Yoga as a way to share her love of yoga and create a space where even the most novice yogi would feel comfortable.
Her gentle flow classes offers yoga for all levels, with each class being sprinkled with love, good vibes, cool music, and humor.
She will ensure you leave feeling successful and that "you are enough." See you on the mat!
RSVP appreciated, but walk-ins of all levels are welcome. Tickets can be purchased online for touchless and quicker check-in or in the Tasting Room 15 minutes prior to the class for $19.95 and includes a wine tasting following the class.
