Project Linus: A Blanket Making Charity Event @ Freedom Run Winery

We are very honored to welcome Project Linus to Freedom Run Winery Sunday, July 30, for a very special blanket making event for charity!

The mission of this wonderful organization is To provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer “blanketeers.”

Participants are welcome to come anytime between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. to join in the cameraderie and blanket-making. Volunteers will be on hand to teach people the basics of crocheted fleece blankets and tied fleece blankets, and will supply all of the materials except for crochet hooks. Participants opting to make a crochet blanket would need a G or H hook. 

Walk-ins are welcome, but RSVPs at the FREE ticket link below is very much appreciated!
