About the Event
Alyssia Kremin, founder of Core Atelier, which is based in Kent, England, will be a guest teacher during our Pilates & Wellness Event at Freedom Run Winery!
She will be guiding you through a 60 minute class using a combination of Mat Pilates and self Myo-Fascial Release to empower you to take control of your body—rather than feel at its mercy!
She discovered first hand how Mat Pilates and Myofascial Release can work in tandem, through healing her own chronic back pain , and wanted to teach others how to harness it for themselves.
Self Myo-fascial Release is a type of soft tissue therapy that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the fascial system, which consists of muscles, fascia (connective tissue), and tendons.
Her energizing Mat Pilates sessions are designed to incorporate small therapy balls to use as powerful tools to manage pain/discomfort, and improve movement. Each participant will receive a set of small therapy balls to take home to continue…
