Maple Syrup Symposium @ Freedom Run Winery

Many of you know that Ryan and Kurt have been tapping trees along the Niagara Escarpment and selling small amounts of syrup. Well, if you ever wanted to try tapping the trees in your own yard, this is your big chance.

Maple Master, Scott Menard will be on hand to teach you everything you need to know to start your own maple syrup project. You will leave with a head full of knowledge plus buckets and tap lines to get to work! And as always, a wine tasting is included with class!
