About the Event
Chef Sarah Mallare from Ava's Table at the Vineyard will be at Freedom Run Winery for a dough making class on Sunday, Feb 19th from 1-4 pm.Â
She will demonstrate how to make the most delicious dough. Ticket includes demonstration and sampling, plus a wine tasting, and recipe cards to take home. Â
Chef Sarah has worked in fine dining restaurants throughout WNY and owned Magpie Bakery before joining the team at Ava's Table at the Vineyard. Yummy!
