About the Event

Chef Sarah Mallare from Ava's Table at the Vineyard will be at Freedom Run Winery for a dough making class on Sunday, Feb 19th from 1-4 pm. 

She will demonstrate how to make the most delicious dough. Ticket includes demonstration and sampling, plus a wine tasting, and recipe cards to take home.  

Chef Sarah has worked in fine dining restaurants throughout WNY and owned Magpie Bakery before joining the team at Ava's Table at the Vineyard.  Yummy!
