About the Event
We are so excited to welcome Jason Gonzalez of JBs Bake Shop (and former contestant of the Food Network's rom Chopped Sweets!, Bakers vs. Fakers, and Hulu’s Cookie, Cupcake, Cake), to Freedom Run Winery for his cake decorating experience!
In this class Jason will teach you how to carve, fill, crumb coat, and then decorate a 6" cake. Each person gets to decorate to their own theme. He will teach fondant work with cutouts and rollers, as well as the art of edible glitter, edible markers, and more. You will finish with learning to final coat, piping with bags and tips, doing a decorative ruffle on the outside of the cake, and then you'll place your final decorations on your cake and take it home!
Your admission to class will include all supplies and a wine tasting.
