Barre Class with Erin Gugliuzza

Join us at Freedom Run Winery for Barre with Erin Gugliuzza at Freedom Run Winery.

Sunday, November 15th from 11:30am-12:30pm.

Barre offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact/high-intensity movements that improve strength and flexibility for every body. Using yoga Pilates and ballet movements.

RSVP Required.

Tickets can be purchased online or in the Tasting Room 1/2 hour prior to the class for $15 which includes a glass of wine following class in the Tasting Room.

Class starts promptly at 11:30am so please check in at the Tasting Room 1/2 hour before the class begins.

NYS Social Distancing Guidelines will be followed.  Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, small towel and a mask.
