About the Event
Grab a glass or bottle from the Tasting Room and head out to our Art Walk Trail, which winds through the Vineyards and Apple Orchard. A beautiful way to contemplate nature & art while sipping an award winning glass of wine.
Follow a map created by the winemaker and vineyard manager guiding you to interesting stops on the grounds. These stops are marked with 19 ceramic works of art created by artist and winery owner, Richard Sean Manning.
This trail also leads you up to the edge of the Niagara Escarpment, which families ran across under cover of night, to escape and reach the Niagara River, and once across, to Freedom...hence our name, Freedom Run Winery!
