If your New Year’s resolution is to be mindful of your health and be happy, we’ve got the class for you.  We are happy to announce our first Ambient Sound Healing Class led by Rachel Stevens on Saturday, January 13th from 11-12 pm.  Of course it’s followed by a wine tasting!

Please bring your yoga mat, a towel, and water to class.

What is a Soundbath?

A soundbath is a therapeutic experience that uses sound as a tool for meditation and relaxation. During this session, you will be bathed in a symphony of soothing sounds produced by a variety of instruments, such as crystal bowls, tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic tools. These instruments are carefully chosen for their ability to create a rich tapestry of tones that resonate with the body and mind, promoting a sense of balance and tranquility.
