To apply, simply email admin@freedomrunwinery.com to request a gift certificate for a tasting for 6 and give your name, your phone number, the name, address and EIN number of your charity, and a sentence or two about what you are raising funds for. You can also submit your request at this form.

Once verified we will email a copy of the gift certificate with a code printed on it and expiration date (3 months from issue date) for you to print out and use in your fundraiser's marketing.
