Michelle is a powerhouse entrepreneur with years of experience in the hospitality industry. Chef Jenn has over 25 years of culinary experience at some of the finest restaurants in Western New York. One of the extraordinary qualities that she has, is to create a meal for 150+ people exactly the same way as she creates for one. Her dishes offer organic vegetables, as available, and herbs from the garden allowing for freshness that can’t be matched.

Many Brides & Grooms choose to have a Signature Drink, and some even have a Cigar Bar with Apple Jack and our very popular LBV 2008 Port-Style Red.
This juicy medium bodied red brings ripe red and black fruits to the glass. Its chewy tannins create full-bodied flavors and a substantial finish.
Pairs well with Ava’s Mediterranean Plate with Filet of Shrimp or Chicken - Mixed Greens with Seasonal Berries, Candied Walnuts, Crumbled Gorgonzola and a Shallot Vinaigrette.
A crowd pleaser! This surprisingly balanced wine is sweet and supple with refreshing acidity and complex aromas of grapefruit, orange blossom and mint.
Pairs well with Ava’s Turkey Bacon and Avocado Panini - Hand-Carved Turkey, Crispy Bacon and Avocado Mash.
This delicately oaked Chardonnay reveals subtle aromas of tangerine and peach. Its soft and silky texture is reminiscent of crème fraiche making it an ideal pairing for light fare.
