Tickets can be purchased online or in the Tasting Room 1/2 prior to the class for $15 which includes a glass of wine following class.

This class will be guided by Charles Whitbourne, a 20-year practitioner of martial arts.  Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

Check in at the Tasting Room before the class begins.

Class starts promptly at 5:30 pm thru 6:30 pm.

Dress comfortably for slow movement, with flat shoes.

All Levels Welcome.

Bring a mask as NYS Social Distancing Guidelines will be followed.

We will be open until 8pm so think about sticking around for dinner provided by Ava's Table at the Vineyard.

Walkins are welcome for dinner, but groups require a reservation by calling 716-715-8673.
