Here at Freedom Run Winery, our New Year Resolution was to Introduce our Community to a Healthy & Fun Lifestyle in 2020.

 

Sarah Haykel is a certified Professional Life Coach, Yoga Instructor & Latin Dance Teacher, who will guide you through a 45 minute Easy Dance Movement Meditation Class in the Barrel Room.
